A Crush on Blush

Pink… you see it popping up everywhere in the last few years. Ever since Pantone named Rose Quartz as one of their top picks back in 2016, pink has evolved from fad to designer fave.

And, why not? It looks fabulous in white bathrooms and coordinates well with neutral colored bathrooms like grey and beige. (Oh, and beige is back – big time!) It’s so pervasive that some decorators are calling pink “the new grey.”

Lately, you’ll even see designers pairing blush colors with warm terracotta, oranges and aqua colors for a completely modern look that has a hint of a retro feel. This bath mixes pink with stunning terracotta tiles.

And, you’ll often see a splash of blush tones teamed up with deep charcoal greys to create a gorgeous room that’s a perfect mix of sophistication and a nice feminine-masculine balance.
