A little while ago we were at the 2012 PAII (Professional Association of Innkeepers) conference in Little Rock, AR. See to the left there, that was our booth. It felt good to be there, because we got to meet many of our old friends, and make new friends.
We love all of our clients. Without them we wouldn’t be here! But innkeepers and bed and breakfast owners hold a special spot in our heart because that is where we got our start. It was these hard-working entrepreneurs that first began to buy our towels.
But don’t be fooled by their hospitable natures, welcoming smiles and ability to make gourmet breakfast delights effortlessly, innkeepers are a tough bunch when it comes to towels. Of course, they would have to be; they are the ones that launder the towels for each and every guest’s stay. That’s why we make a towel that exceeds normal standards! (Here is our “Make a Better Towel” manifesto in case you missed it.)
So Barton, Audrey and Twyla were pleased to receive such a warm, warm reception and overwhelmingly positive response to our towels, and makeup washcloths. (The picture below was taken by Barton, the founder of The Turkish Towel Company, who also happens knows everything there is to know about towels! On the left is Audrey, our super-awesome Operations Manager and often the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office. Twyla is our representative for B&Bs and inns. As a former innkeeper herself, she understands that owners need a product that guests love and will last for years while still looking great. And, she happens to be one of the nicest people you’ll meet.)
