NC sales tax is based on the shipping address, and will include the 4.75% state tax and any applicable county tax.
Shipping charges are based on your gross order amount before any coupons, discounts or sales are applied.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, please add $75. For Canada, please add $25.00. For US Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and others, please contact us at office@turkishtowelcompany.com with what you would like to order and your address, and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.
Additionally, please note that the checkout amount does not include any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be applied. The customer is responsible for all fees relating to shipping to Canada. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (with the exception of final sales), but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.
We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Please note that orders can take up to five business days to process, in addition to shipping time.
RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note: Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange. Please note: For Clearance items, all sales are final.
You do not need to contact us, just send the product back to us with the original packing slip and/or a note including the name the order was placed under, and let us know that you are requesting an exchange or refund.

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying
Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If a towel or robe fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If your towel rips, tears, frays within one year of purchase, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind on towel color or normal wear and tear.

Paying particular attention to the stitching and finishing, all our towels are double-stitched along the lengths to avoid fraying and for added stability.
While a Turkish towel may cost more initially, in the long run it costs a lot less as it will easily outlast towels of inferior quality.

They handle sweat, sunscreen, and spills easily. When they are dirty they can be brought back to new with a quick wash and bleach. This product is thin, and not particularly soft--guessing it will not wear well. It's more like what you'd expect for $19.99 at Target. If I hadn't desperately needed the towels/lounge covers for guests, I would have returned them immediately, despite the fact this company has a terribly customer unfriendly return policy. Would not buy again.
