Kind Earth Towels

Kind Earth towels are ultra-lightweight, and unbelievably soft to the touch. and use less water and energy to wash and dry. Made of 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton and Oeko-Tex certified.

All Turkish Towel Company products are certified OEKO-TEX® – an international standard that sets limits on close to 200 potentially harmful substances and chemicals, including phthalates and VOC emissions.

With this certification, we can guarantee that our processes are free of harmful heavy metals like lead and arsenic, as well as many allergy-inducing and irritating chemicals.

Kind Earth towels are made from super soft, extra-long staple organic GOTS-certified cotton and Oeko-Tex certified.. Sustainably made, these towels are more absorbent and faster drying than traditional cotton towels. In an independent test conducted by Revolve Laundry showed that they “outperform traditional hotel towels while providing significant energy and labor savings by reducing total washing and drying times” Less bulky, you can wash more per load; Kind Earth towels required 36% fewer loads (and related labor, water and energy costs) than a traditional hotel towel – for a savings of approximately 785 -1210 gallons of water per 800 towels.

SHIPPING

MA residents add 6.25% sales tax.

NC sales tax is based on the shipping address, and will include the 4.75% state tax and any applicable county tax.

Shipping charges are based on your gross order amount before any coupons, discounts or sales are applied.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, please add $75. For Canada, please add $25.00. For US Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and others, please contact us at office@turkishtowelcompany.com with what you would like to order and your address, and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.

Additionally, please note that the checkout amount does not include any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be applied. The customer is responsible for all fees relating to shipping to Canada. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (with the exception of final sales), but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.

We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Please note that orders can take up to five business days to process, in addition to shipping time.

RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note: Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange. Please note: For Clearance items, all sales are final.

You do not need to contact us,  just send the product back to us with the original packing slip and/or a note including the name the order was placed under, and let us know that you are requesting an exchange or refund.

Please do NOT return via USPS as our address is not recognized in their system. 

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying

Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If a towel or robe fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If your towel rips, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind on towel color or normal wear and tear.
