For US Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and others, please contact us at office@turkishtowelcompany.com with what you would like to order and your address, and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.
Additionally, please note that the checkout amount does not include any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be applied. The customer is responsible for all fees relating to shipping to Canada. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (with the exception of final sales), but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.
We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Please note that orders can take up to five business days to process, in addition to shipping time.
RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note:Â Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange. Please note: For Clearance items, all sales are final.
You do not need to contact us, Â just send the product back to us with the original packing slip and/or a note including the name the order was placed under, and let us know that you are requesting an exchange or refund.

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying
Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If a towel or robe fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If your towel rips, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind on towel color or normal wear and tear.

This is such a great idea. I first used one while at the Hyatt in Key West (they had them in the bathroom and when I got home I googled to look for it). My white towels will no longer get ruined!

I found these wonderful makeup washclothes while currently staying @ The Belvedere Hotel NYC and absolutely love them! They are softer than other facial washclothes I used to remove my makeup and I don’t have to worry about awful stains. I’m ordering a set today so that they’ll be home when I leave NY. I wish I would have stumbled upon these a long time ago. Thanks for the label advertisement.

I was given one of these washclothes in a house warming giftbasket and loved it! Not just because i wasn’t ruining my white washclothes with my eye makeup, but that they were so much gentler on my face and eyes, but still effective. I came to the website as it was on the tag, and I ordered 6 for myself. When they went on sale, I ordered 6 more for myself and 6 for each of my young adult daughters! I leave them in my guest bath when others are visiting and also advised my sister in law to get them for my niece who is a makeup artist, she did and she loves them! Must have, must buy!!!!
