Like all of our products, the Lexi washcloth is certified Oeko-Tex®. This is an international standard that sets limits on over 200 potentially harmful substances and chemicals. Our towels (and washcloths) are free of harmful heavy metals, as well as many allergy-inducing and irritating chemicals.
Just as much as people are starting to reject “fast fashion” – that cheap, trendy clothing that is harmful to the environment, human well-being, and ultimately our wallets – we reject “towel turnover.” We want our towels to last five years, 10 years and beyond.
As a business owned by two families, we care about the products you put next to your body every day. Co-founder Seher Gürgün, whose family has been weaving towels for three generations, personally oversees the manufacturing process. We make all of our towels to hotel standards, able to withstand the harsh commercial laundering conditions of the hospitality industry.

Shipping charges are based on your gross order amount before any coupons, discounts or sales are applied.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, please add $75. For Canada, please add $25.00. For US Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and others, please contact us at office@turkishtowelcompany.com with what you would like to order and your address, and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.
Additionally, please note that the checkout amount does not include any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be applied. The customer is responsible for all fees relating to shipping to Canada. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (with the exception of final sales), but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.
We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Please note that orders can take up to five business days to process, in addition to shipping time.
RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note: Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange. Please note: For Clearance items, all sales are final.
You do not need to contact us, just send the product back to us with the original packing slip and/or a note including the name the order was placed under, and let us know that you are requesting an exchange or refund.

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying
Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If a towel or robe fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If your towel rips, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind on towel color or normal wear and tear.

I purchased these washcloths for my locker room in October. Customer Service is 5 star. Shipping was speedy…BUT, the quality of the washcloth was the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever purchased. It is now April, the end of the season, and not one looks any different than the day I opened them! I am extremely pleased. Kudos!
