If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (with the exception of final sales), but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note: Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange. Please note: For Clearance items, all sales are final.

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying
Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If a towel or robe fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If your towel rips, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind on towel color or normal wear and tear.

Paying particular attention to the stitching and finishing, all our towels are double-stitched along the lengths to avoid fraying and for added stability.
While a Turkish towel may cost more initially, in the long run it costs a lot less as it will easily outlast towels of inferior quality.

After a whole lot of searching & a few returns from other companies (not plush nor the right color) I ordered the brick colored Zenith 6 piece set from the Turkish towel company to go perfectly with a new bathroom we are nearing completion. The towels arrived and the color was much lighter than I expected. I looked at the website & quickly realized they were not the color I ordered at all but the next shade down, more of a peach than the burnt orange I desired. They were ok but not what I had been hoping for. I contacted the company with little hopes of a solution as I knew they had a “no return” policy. To my absolute delight the customer service was extraordinary and they shipped out the correct color immediately. They are perfect!! The color adds just the right touch to our beautiful new bath and they are deliciously plush as described. I highly recommend them for both their excellent customer service, which is so refreshing & their exceptional quality towels. Thank you!!

Great towels! Had used these at 2 different bed and breakfasts, was excited to get my own set at home. Color was exactly as pictured and same towels as at the bed and breakfasts. Quite satisfied!
